Here I’ve created a menu inspired on the places I’ve been and restaurants I’ve worked through my life, all the ingredients are locally sourced and according to the season, so changes might happen.

Catch of the day ceviche with seabuck thorn, melon, daikon, chocolate oil.

Oven baked cod, Jerusalem artichoke potato’s Anna, fried chanterelles, pickled pearl onions, seafood Demi glacé.
